Digitalisation Management Assistant

Dual professional training programme in Hong Kong office

Dual professional training programme in accordance with German standards (3,5 days per week practical on-the-job-training in the training company and 1,5 days per week classes in the vocational school ‘Kaplan Business & Accountancy School’) and the duration of training will be 22 months (Sept 2023 – June 2025).

Your Responsibilities

  • Analyses data and existing work-, business- and value creation processes and develops them further digitally.
  • Optimizes existing IT systems and equips the company with hardware and software and introduces them into the company (IT support).
  • Develops concepts for new systems that make the company more economical and effective.
  • Supports employees with PC problems and helps with the installation of updates, etc.
  • Ensures compliance with data protection guidelines and implements IT security measures.

Your Profile

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Abitur)
  • Desire to get involved into real-world business
  • Comfortable working abroad in Asia in a multicultural environment with international teams
  • Dedicated, enthusiastic, curious and solution-oriented
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team with a pro-active, diligent and responsible manner
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess and manage complex situations
  • Able to generate creative and innovative ideas for improvement
  • Interested in technical products or ready to think your way into unknown products and to develop technical understanding
  • Excellent command in spoken and written German and English, any other language, e.g. Mandarin would be a plus
  • Excellent computer skills in all MS Office applications
