Quality Management Engineer

Your Responsibilities

  • Review and maintain ISR such as PPAP (incl. yearly requalification report), VDA and related reports
  • Update and maintain customer EMS (RoHS, REACH, IMDS etc)
  • Coordinate and follow-up Ｏn defect analysis with factories and review improvement action effectiveness
  • Ensure Ｏn-time provision, correctness and effectiveness of 8D reports prepared by factory to customers
  • Identify weaknesses in claim handling process and propose and implement optimization solutions together with QM manager
  • Lead and/or participate in local, cross-location/ global cross-department projects of various scale
  • Develop and provide function-related trainings to existing and new staff in order to transfer and optimize know-how

Your Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in chemistry or electrical engineering
  • Minimum 6 years of work experience, preferably in front-end engineering within a PCB environment Basic knowledge in PCB production, preferred is profound know-how
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Excellent command in spoken and written English and German
  • Sufficientcomputer skills in MS Office as well as in the company’s ERP system Basic skills in quality software
  • Excellent skills in CAM and CAD programs
  • Distinct customer and service orientation towards both internal and external parties
  • Accurate and efficient work style with attention to detail and a pro-active, self-motivated, diligent and responsible manner
