From Numbers to Nature: Our Road to Sustainability

Our journey with ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) began long before our sustainability team was born. In recent years, we have started unveiling our initiatives and are keen to share even more. Step behind the scenes with us to learn more about our transformative journey.

      Finance Meets Green
Remarkably, our green initiatives are driven by our Sustainability Manager, Arianna Ji, with a strong background in finance and administration. Her unique perspective has not only fortified our eco-strategies, but also revealed the common ground between finance and sustainability: precise data analysis and reporting, facilitating a smoother transition for us.

      ISO’s Seal of Progress
In our journey, we have proudly acquired key ISO – International Organization for Standardization certifications, enhancing our foundational ISO 45001 (Occupational Health and Safety) and ISO 9001 (Quality Management) certifications. Among these are ISO 50001 for Energy Management Practices, ISO 14064 for Greenhouse Gas Reduction Measures, and most recently ISO 27001 for Information Security Management. These achievements are a testament to our unwavering commitment to operational excellence and environmental responsibility.

      Mapping the Eco-Future
The initial step in the PCB production lifecycle is critical as it sets the outcome. This is where our sustainability study begins — integrating sustainability from the outset in design through to material usage management and where our engineers work in conjunction with clients to optimise resource utilisation while maintaining top build quality.

Dedicated to upholding ESG standards and contributing to the ecosystem, we are exploring renewable energy solutions and energy efficiency projects to reduce carbon emissions. Additionally, we are also looking ahead to capitalising on the strengths of digitalisation, envisioning a digital future that caters to our environment’s needs.

Recently, we have partnered with EcoVadis, a leading ESG rating provider that evaluates companies’ eco-friendly practices. We were among the top achievers in the bronze category, scoring above average and just one point away from the silver medal.

Along with this, we are delighted to announce our active participation in the United Nations Global Compact, affirming our commitment to the Ten Principles in human rights, labour, environment, and anti-corruption. This commitment signifies our dedication to responsible business practices, contributing positively to society, and maintaining transparency by reporting annually to the United Nations Global Compact. Our next Communication on Progress (COP) will be shared by July 31, 2025.

Looking ahead, we are more motivated than ever to set our sights higher for next year’s action plan. Thus, we remain steadfast in our dedication and enthusiasm for creating a healthier, greener future.
